Monrovia is an attractive smaller city. It almost feels like a friendly Midwestern town transplanted to Los Angeles County. Its Old Town (along Myrtle Avenue) is a great place to walk. Lots of independent shops, some good restaurants and a free tram. Turn off Myrtle to the east or west to find parking.
